As well as being our Managing Director, Scott is also the Commercial Construction Manager. With a degree in Construction Management, and over 20 years’ experience in the business, Scott lives and breathes our company values. (Especially the sense of humour one).

Bruce brings over 40+ years’ experience in the construction industry from grass roots as a plumber by trade through to senior management roles for major multinationals. Having worked all over the world including China, Hong Kong, Canada, the Middle East, and Australia, Bruce has a special interest in insurance major loss and structural remediation.

Geoff is the third generation of the TC Clarke & Son, now Clarke Services Group. He has proudly passed the baton to his son, Scott Clarke in managing and leading the business. In his role as our Ambassador, Geoff carries on the family name, our tradition, and our legacy. He remains a vital member of the Clarke Services Group leadership and the Commercial Construction division with nearly 60 years of experience.

Can you quote and perform insurance restoration works?
Yes CSG has quoted and completed insurance works across QLD up to $3,000,000 in value.
Do you complete commercial office refits?
Yes we have performed works ranging from internal refresh to full demolition and rebuilds including office fit out.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are! Clarke Services Group holds all required insurances and can provide certificates on request.
What BSA license do you hold?
TC Clarke & Son, now Clarke Services Group, hold an Open Building License allowing us to:
- Building work on all classes of buildings
- Prepare plans and specifications that are:
- for the licensee’s personal use, or
- for use in building work to be performed by the licensee personally.
- Temporarily until 2 May 2025 – for the building work described above, install and maintain:
o Fire collars, fire-rated penetrations and fire-rated joint sealing;
- Fire and smoke walls and fire-rated ceilings.
